All security officers are registered with Private Security Industry Regulatory Authority (PSIRA). Each employee has received full security clearance and has undergone the required training relevant to the level of the certification granted by PSIRA.
It is also to be noted that ATS is a member of the Private Security Industry Regulatory Authority and complies with the following:
- Labour Relations Act (LRA)
- Basic Conditions of Employment Act (BCoEA)
- Employment Equity Act (EEA)
- Skills Development
The security officers are specifically task trained and undergo constant evaluations by Management. Refresher training conducted on a regular basis to ensure the Company’s prescribed standard of competency is maintained.
All security officers on site will not only execute their function of providing security, but will also perform the role of ambassadors and have effective PR skills, as evaluated by the company before being selected for this site.
The security officers onsite can be trained in emergency situations as per Clients “Emergency Plan” Standard Operating Procedure, should you request this.
